The breakfast included a variety of fresh fruits. The spa treatment rooms had heated massage beds. I also liked the quiet atmosphere in the relaxation area! The hotel's location was close to shopping areas.
The elevator wait times were sometimes a little long!

friendly staff clean room
the staff were all super friendly and helpful, especially towards our dogs. we especially loved the spa and the amazing food at baba. i found the room very clean and equipped with everything i needed.
the minibar prices could be lower, i thought it was a little bit expensive.

clean room spacious room overpriced hotel average breakfast
The room was spacious and clean. it was a premium double room. rebecca helped decorate it for my boyfriend's birthday. This was good, though the room could have been better.
the hotel is overpriced compared to other 5-star hotels. the room i paid for supposedly had a view, but i just had a brick wall to look at. breakfast was very average, though the staff in the restaurant did not match the expected 5-star service.

stale coffee poor sausage
I found some issues . Breakfast was not good for the price I paid, the coffee tasted stale and I had to make my own toast. I expect a fully served meal for that amount. There were no bran or oats available, only compote and fruit salad, also sausage was poor.
